Soko, the Birmingham-based chocolatier and patisserie supported by Michelin-starred chef Andreas Antona and headed up by Bake Off: The Professionals finalist Bharat Chandegra, has launched a new range of artisan chocolates, carefully crafted to deliver a feast for the eyes as well as your tastebuds.

I successfully created a strategic ecommerce strategy for Soko’s potential launch to market. I supported this activity by undertaking a competitor analysis, including a full brand a review of all existing Soko collateral. We then further tested brand viability, via a PR launch to market.

Branding Collateral:

I worked with a graphic designer to create and complete a full range of branded packaging and ingredient insert leaflet designs. I briefed in my original design concepts to modernise the existing branding that needed to be updated for a potential consumer market launch.

Social Media Management & Original Content Creation:

I increased engagement by over 4000%, via the implementation of a strategic (photographic only) reels campaign strategy. I secured over 30,000 organic views, with no advertising budget support.

Sales Revenue: £10k in trackable social sales were achieved.
